History

One of the leading housing finance company came into existence especially for the middle & low income group people on 11th April 1984 was Dewan Housing Finance Limited (DHFL). It was established by Mr. Rajesh Wadhawan (Chairman) offering loans at lesser rates for the construction of houses. DHFL has 72 branches & 116 service locations across India along with it’s overseas branch in Dubai serving large number of Indians working in the Middle East.
