CLOSURE OF CARD

- If you intend to close your card always speak to the bank first , they may give you a retention offer. Where they could probably waive of fees for you.

- Before closing your card make sure you change your Standing Instructions, if any on the card.

- If you have converted a purchase done on the card in EMI’s, you would need to
make a full payment for the same before closing the card.

- Always clear your dues on the card & then close your card.

- Without destroying your card do not drop it in any of the bank drop boxes.
After you inform the bank destroy your card & with a covering letter hand over it to the bank.
