Last 3 months Salary slip or Salary Certificate
If Salary is above 10000 per month than Latest Form 16
Last 6 month bank statement
Documents for Self Employed Businessmen
1) Residence Proof:
Photocopy of Electricity Bill/telephone Bill/Ration Card/letter from Employer/Bank Statement
2) Identification Proof:
Xerox Copy of Pan card/Passport/Voter ID /Driving License
3) Business Proof:
Brief Business Profile on the letter head
Copy of Shop & Establishment License / VAT Registration or any other mandatory license / registration
Copy of Partnership deed
Details of Contract
4) Income Proof:
• Copy of last 3 years Income Tax Returns of the applicant along with computation of income duly attested by a Chartered Accountant
• Copy of last 3 Years Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of the firm duly attested by a Chartered Accountant
• Bank Statement for the last 1 year for the Savings A/c & Current A/c
• Form 16 /Tax deduction certificate
• Copy of Advance Tax paid / self assessment tax paid Challan
