After HDFC, LIC Housing Reduces its home loan rates. The new rates would be applicable from this week. For a loan Upto Rs.30lacs the New Rate of Interest would be 9.75%. And for a Loan between 30-75 Lacs the Rate of Interest will be 10.75%. Its is really a good time to invest into home loan, with both the rate of interest and real estate going down.
